Some days I am grateful for what happened. Crazy, right? Who could imagine that a horrifying experience like in the movies, with a sack over my head and my hands tied to a chair, would result 9 years later with gratitude.

Looking back- it helped make me who I am today or at least helped me reveal some traits I have in me; resourceful, independent, and curious to explore so much more of our world’s wonders.
