Data can be deleted by contacting the service using the help button on the application. The app does use third party services that may collect information that is used to identify you.

We would like to inform you that every time you use our Services, if an error occurs in the application, we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, application configuration when using my Services, time and date of your use of the Services, and other statistics

Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions explain the rules and conditions for using the Quoka application. By registering on this application, we assume you have agreed to these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Quoka if you refuse to agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Trading Conditions:
Several types of products are prohibited from trading on the Quoka application. If prohibited products are still displayed in the Quoka application, your account will be at risk of being frozen permanently.
Products that are prohibited from trading on the Quoka application are as follows:
1. Firearms and explosives
2. Illegal drugs
3. Products or product photos that contain pornographic elements
4. Mystical product
5. Gambling
Traders who are allowed to sell using the Quoka application are mobile traders or trade from moving stands. Your account is at risk of being frozen if you trade at a permanent stand, such as a shop or kiosk or without facilities (virtually).
Licence:
Unless otherwise stated, Quoka and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Quoka. All intellectual property rights are protected by law. You may access it from Quoka for your own personal use subject to the restrictions set out in these terms and conditions.
You are prohibited from:
• Copy or republish material from Quoka
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Quoka
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Quoka
• Redistribute content from Quoka
This agreement will come into force on the date hereof.
Some parts of the application offer opportunities for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the application. Quoka will not filter, edit, publish, or review Comments in front of users on the app. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Quoka,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the individuals posting their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Quoka shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or incurred as a result of any use of and/or posting and/or display of the Comments on this application.
Quoka reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
You warrant and represent that:
• You have the right to post Comments on our application and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
• The Comments do not violate any intellectual property right, including without limitation, copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
• Comments do not contain any libelous, defamatory, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy
• Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or promote commercial activities or unlawful activity.
You hereby grant Quoka a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.
Removal of Referrals from Our Application:
If you find any information on our app that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any time. We will consider requests to delete information, but we are not obligated to respond to you directly.
We do not ensure that the information in this application is correct. We do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy, nor do we promise to ensure that the application remains available or that the material in the application is kept up to date.
Rejection:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our application and use of this application. No part of this disclaimer will:
• limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
• limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or misrepresentation;
• limit our or your liability in any way that is not permitted by applicable law; or
