New App Version
Last week we released an update on both app stores! Here are just a few of the improvements we’ve made in the new version:
• Added an FAQ page
• Private keys compatible with MEW can be viewed and copied
• Fixed Android keyboard issue
• Fixed version number on More page

Marketing & Giveaway
It’s been a week since the launch giveaway went live and it has been a great source of downloads for Elixir. It’s still not too late to join the giveaway if you have not entered yet. A lucky winner is selected every day, and the thirty winners at the end will receive 500 Elix each for a total 15,000 Elix.
Elixir is always looking at new ways to drive more downloads. In order to drive more downloads, Elixir will be closely working with Twiz to improve the ranking in the Appstore and Playstore. Appstore and Playstore search terms differ from search engine search terms.
For those that are interested: Elixir is currently ranked #1 for the keyword “Elix” on the app store which is awesome. For the term “crowdfunding,” Elixir is ranked #23 on the Google Play store. The goal is to rank Elix higher for the keyword “crowdfunding” over the new few months as well as get indexed for new search terms on the mobile stores.
We will improve Elixir’s ranking by mixing long-tail and short-tail keywords and improving the copy. Some terms we’re looking to rank for on the appstore are Ethereum Wallet, ERC 20, and chat. Improving the searchability of Elixir in the mobile space will increase organic downloads while providing a seamless experience to all.
Organic growth is one of the biggest focuses for Elixir as it’s one of the best long term growth strategies. The focus on search engine optimization (SEO) and App Store Optimization (ASO) will steadily grow and provide data to Elixir to make app improvements based on data driven decisions.
Website Development
We’re revising our website’s back-end architecture to handle the automation of boost project submissions, increase scalability, and facilitate the future integration of our website with the mobile app and other services! We also made a more comprehensive boost project submission page allowing creators to submit all relevant information when creating new projects and products.
