Introducing Timeqube
Some of us are guilty of the fact that we talk too much or can get off topic in meetings. Even worse, we have that one colleague who always goes on a long tangent. Fortunately, there are ways to keep conversations relevant without being rude. That’s why we’ve added Timeqube to ELIX.
Timeqube is a unique no-sound meeting timer that shows remaining time using the traffic lights-inspired colours: green, orange and red. Thus communicating directly with the human brain, Timeqube mindfully reminds meeting participants of remaining time without the stress of regular timers and alarms. Thonet & Vander Sound Systems
Thonet & Vander is a german manufacturer of audio products. They’ve added their Frei Bluetooth 4.0 Portable Speaker. Check out the video below for more info on the new addition.
Thonet & Vander also added two sets of home stereo speakers. The Thonet and Vander Laut BT Bluetooth 2.1 Surround Sound Speakers offer a powerful sound with wireless Bluetooth 4.0 capabilities. Learn more about the bluetooth speakers here.

The Rum Runner Watch
The Rum Runner was inspired by Windsor Detroit’s local history of rum running, gangsters, and class.
During the 1920s, Detroit anti-prohibitionists would drive rum in Model Ts across the frozen Detroit River to smuggle alcohol into the city. The rum runner pays homage to this tradition with the addition of a black rum runner hat on the watch clock face. The “Rum Runner” watch is all stainless steel including a silver face/dial with minimal black writing for the numbers and indexes on the face, whiskey brown on the sides for accent and features quality blue hands as well. Solar Storm Wall Clock
Over laid with wenge, sapele, figured maple, holly and madrone burl on MDF board, this handmade clock is 12” in diameter and the hands are made of bass wood. The movement is a battery operated quartz.

Website Improvements
This week in development we’ve been working on the implementation and testing of our final routing hierarchy so that we can take as much advantage of search engine optimization mechanics to get creator projects as high up in SERPS as possible to achieve exponential growth. We have made several DOM-related bug fixes and improvements to styling consistency across the website to improve user experience. We’ve also made numerous performance improvements including minification of html, js and css files before serving as well as automating image compression to make the site more friendly to mobile users and users on low quality connections.
