Great opening sentence. Exactly my dilemma, but two months ago started to get up earlier to get things done, breakfast, workout, motivation all before work. And hey presto, it’s slowly working, the benefits are showing especially solving tiredness and getting things done. Still a long way to go but there’s always tomorrow!

Also we don’t need to follow the 8 steps in order do we? Except number 1 I guess!
