Before & After: Healthier, more Radiant Look!

The journey to lose weight is a long lonely road doing it alone but, having a friend on that road will make it as fun as a roadtrip. With your loved ones alongside you, building good habits are enjoyable and it can as well be a romantic experience onwards a healthier, more radiant look together !

“Started Fulfilled journey with my hubby, Simon last July to improve our lifestyle in preparation to parenthood. Food is awesome but it was pretty scary, having the idea of chubby kids. Going into parenthood made us realize that we need to change our terrible eating habits and lifestyle. Our appetite has shrunk greatly ever since we started on our journey.

That’s how we looked in 2013 when we started changing.

Much more healthier and radiant. We have our exercise date and romantic walks together.

Of course, thanks to Fulfilled and our head coach, Dionis. We are always feeling grateful and we’re celebrating our journey. It was hard how we fought our old habits, replacing them with new ones.

For my hubby Simon, we are so gonna walk together our journey in a healthy and sexy way. Thank you for doing this with me and supporting me all the way! Ya the very best! Love you deep deep ☺”
