No Excuse for Not Doing Exercise
We all have our busy days but even if we can’t make it to the gym, we can still exercise!
Here’s a little tip to increase activity on any busy days:
So today I have a day packed with meetings, coaching calls and work so I don’t have time to hit the gym at all.
On busy days like this, I would find little ways to increase my activity by deliberately walking more or standing more. I would either drop a bus stop or two earlier, walk for my meetings back and forth, take the stairs instead of the elevator, take a longer route to reach my destinations, or have lunch with standing tables.
All these actually add up and help me clock a good 30–45 mins walk altogether without having to put aside 1 hour just to do it. Try it! ☺
