I agree with everything you have stated in this article! I do question why you didn’t include a Lo-Carb High-Fat (LCHF) way of eating? This is the true formula for getting lean. The population is fatter than ever because of constant feeding on Carbohydrates. Everyone is carbohydrate intolerant and that is mostly what is being consumed. Eating carbs causes insulin to rise. Insulin is the fat storage hormone. While your insulin is high, your body is storing fat. Green vegetables are the only carbs anyone should eat. Eat any kind of meat/poultry/fish too with all of the fats too. Butter and cream are fantastic as well. You have to “eat fat to lose fat”. Eating fat has no effect on the body’s insulin level. If you want to get lean, stop eating carbs and start implementing Intermittent Fasting in your lifestyle. I have lost 34kg living this way and you can too.
