Five Randoms Acts of Kindness to Learn why it needs in Teamwork

Being kind is a way of living and being. It comes from our heart, from the purest place of love. When we are being kind to others, we are also being kind to ourselves.

We need to extend our hands, beyond our traditional allegiances to religion, to ideology, to tribes and groups and places. We need to look around at each other and realize, to really understand, that all of us are now in this thing together.

The Science of Kindness

Would you believe that showing kindness can actually improve your health? It stimulates the release of feel-good chemicals such as endorphins, giving you a natural high. Haven’t you ever noticed how paying someone a genuine compliment makes you feel better? It’s not just in your head, it’s a physiological response.

Performinng acts of kindness, such as picking up litter or buying a friend coffee, can give you a mood boost.

The Earth needs more kindness, to the Earth herself and to all of her creatures.
Without kindness, we are cold and unfeeling in our approach, our way of living and how we treat our fellow elements.

Five Randoms Acts of Kindness

So following are the five acts of kindness I did:

1.Help an old lady to cross the road.

The traffic was very fast and the old lady has to reach at the bus station which is exactly on the opposite site of us. so, I helped her to cross the road. She was very happy on reaching the destination.

2.Help mother to complete houshold tasks.

I helped my mother in household tasks and prepared meal for my family.

3.I tried to met everyone with a wide smile on my face.

I felt how happy people were when they meet someone with a broad smile on their face. A single smile can make one person’s day heaven.

“A warm smile is the universal language of kindness.” -William Arthur

4.Offer my seat to an old lady.

The bus is full with Passengers and then the old lady enters the bus, I offered her my seat she was very thankful towards me.

5.Helping a friend about a university project.

My friend was confused I called her and guided her about it.

How did you feel about the experience?I Feel that if anyone show kindness to others, Obviously it will return to him in Extraordinary Manner and expectations

What you learned from that experience?
No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.
Kindness is an everyday byproduct of all the great virtues.

Now I believe that how by making small deeds of kindness we can actually make world a better place to live in & smile is the simplest & the most easiest way to do it.

How you think it’s relevant or applicable to working in a team once you join the job.

You can accomplish by kindness what you can not by force.

Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.

Kindness is always fashionable, and always welcome.

We can apply this act to our job as well because in an organization we are required to do work with different types of people with different mindsets with in a team or place so one can only win their hearts & their respect by acts of kindness.
