Make Tweeting intuitive: Tweeting is the driving force behind Twitter; the staple that drives their product. So, right when a new user completes the registration process, the user should know, right away, how to Tweet.
So how do we fix Twitter? A user interface revamp would be a good place to start.

I disagree with this. I don’t find it complicated to tweet at all. In my opinion, the problem with tweeting is that often you’ll find yourself speaking into the void.

No one is paying attention to you at first.

Which is why most users on Twitter read tweets and follow their favorite celebs, instead of tweeting themselves.

This fatal flaw in how Twitter works is what makes it so hard for the platform to hook new users. There’s no incentive for them to stay and create content. There is much more validation to be found on Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat.
