You need to have your glasses cleaned Dunlop! You also need to learn how to read! My statement was that DURING the two periods, CO2 levels dropped to 180 ppm… the lowest known level… NOT at the end of the Permian period. The provided graph is not the only source for that data… just the most visual! It is also the only other period of time in the last 600 million years with both temp and CO2 as low… at the same time… as in our current period of time… and that is obvious on the graph!
