Giants Planet RUNES Platform: The Ultimate Platform for Professional Rune Players
Giants Planet Runes Platform is a dedicated platform designed for professional Rune players, offering top-notch, customizable services with zero transaction fees.
Understanding Runes
Runes are unique digital assets or tokens that operate on blockchain technology. They have specific attributes such as a unique name, divisibility, symbol, and more. Creating or managing Runes involves several steps, including etching, minting, and handling various metadata and protocol parameters.
Ready for the Journey?
Let’s get started: https://runes.giantsplanet.com/
Step 1: Connect Your Wallet
To begin using Giants Planet Runes Platform, you need to connect your wallet. We currently support Unisat, Xverse, and OKX wallets.
Wallet Menu
After connecting your wallet, click the wallet icon in the upper right corner to expand the menu. This menu includes:
- Your Wallet Address: Click the copy icon to copy your wallet address.
- Balance: Displays the current available balance in your wallet.
For Xverse, there are two balances displayed:
- Payment Wallet Balance
- Ordinals Wallet Balance
Step 2: Etch Your Rune
Runes come into existence by being etched. Etching is the process of creating a new Rune and setting its properties, similar to the deploy operation in BRC20
Fields:
- Rune Ticker: Unique name of the Rune (only letters A-Z and spaces allowed, 13–26 characters).
- Divisibility: Defines how finely the Rune can be divided (e.g., a divisibility of 0 means no division, while 1 allows division into ten sub-units). Default is 0, with a maximum of 38.
- Symbol: A single Unicode symbol representing the Rune, such as $, ⧉, or 🧿.
- Premine: Optionally allocate units of the Rune to yourself.
- Mintable: If enabled, the Rune can be minted as long as conditions like block height and remaining quantity are met.
- Cap: Maximum number of times a Rune can be minted.
- Amount: Fixed amount of new units created per mint transaction.
Inscription Information:
It is an additional data that users can attach to a Rune during its creation or management process. This data can include text, images, fields, and delegate IDs, which serve to provide more context and details about the Rune. The primary purposes of Inscription Information are:
Enhanced Documentation: Providing a description or additional information about the Rune, its purpose, and characteristics.
Visual Representation: Adding images or symbols that visually represent the Rune, making it easier to identify and understand.
Organizational Aid: Including fields and delegate IDs to facilitate indexing, categorization, and future management of the Rune.
Efficiency in Transactions: Delegate IDs can help in faster and more organized transactions by providing a reference that can be easily indexed and managed.
Adding a Delegate ID enhances indexing and management, making future transactions faster and more organised.
Metadata and Meta Protocol:
Metadata and Meta Protocol are crucial concepts for organizing and managing information about Runes on the Giants Planet RUNES Platform. Metadata helps in identifying, managing, and categorising Runes. It provides essential details that make it easier to search for, sort, and understand the specifics of each Rune.
A meta protocol is a system or set of rules that governs the management and organization of metadata. It ensures that metadata is structured, stored, and utilized consistently and efficiently. The meta protocol improves data organization and management, making it easier to handle large volumes of Runes and their associated metadata. It ensures that all metadata is systematically recorded and can be accessed or modified as needed, providing a robust framework for data consistency and integrity.
Height Start & Height End:
Height Start and Height End are parameters that define the time frame during which a Rune can be minted on the blockchain. These parameters use blockchain block heights to specify when minting starts and stops.
Relative Height:
- Start Offset: Minting starts at the block height equal to the start offset plus the block height of the Rune etching.
- End Offset: Minting stops at the block height equal to the end offset plus the block height of the Rune etching.
Absolute Height:
- Start Height: Minting starts at the specified block height.
- End Height: Minting stops at the specified block height. End Height must be greater than Start Height, which should be greater than the current height.
Turbo Mode:
Enables the Rune to apply all future protocol changes.
Select Network Fee:
Choose from low, medium, or high network fees, or set your own. The fee rate affects etching success time.
Estimate Etch
Click “estimate etch” to display the estimated price. Refresh the fee if needed and click ‘confirm’ to submit the etch request.
Sats in Runes:
Sats in Runes refers to the smallest unit of a Rune, similar to how “satoshis” (sats) are the smallest unit of Bitcoin. In the context of Runes, “sats” allow for precise transactions and calculations by breaking down Runes into smaller, more manageable units.
Network Fee:
Transaction fee required for blockchain processing and confirmation, affecting transaction confirmation speed.
Service Fee:
Free
Congrats, you’ve completed etching your own runes token.
Step 3: Mint
Minting Runes refers to the process of creating new units of a specific Rune. This process involves setting certain parameters and conditions that define how and when the new units can be generated. Minting is an essential function within the Giants Planet RUNES Platform, allowing users to expand the supply of their Runes under specified guidelines.
Before you can mint Runes, ensure that the Rune has been etched with the “mintable” option enabled. Minting can only proceed if the conditions set during the etching process are met.
Fields:
- Rune Ticker: Unique identifier for the Rune.
- Total Mint: Number of times the Rune can be minted.
- Postage: Minimum sats required for a UTXO.
- Max Mints per UTXO: Maximum mint amount per Unspent Transaction Output (UTXO).
- Address: BTC wallet address for receiving the Rune. For multiple addresses, enable “multiple addresses” and enter each address on a separate line.
Mint Submission Failure Reasons:
- Rune is not set to “mintable.”
- Conditions like block height or remaining quantity are not met.
- Incorrect address.
Step 4: History List
The History List in the Runes Platform is a feature that allows users to track and review all the significant actions taken with your Runes. This includes the processes of etching and minting Runes, providing a comprehensive record of each transaction and operation related to the Runes managed on the platform.
Etch History:
Displays Rune Name, Payment TX, Commit TX, Reveal TX, Status, and Time. Click a link for details.
Mint History:
Displays Rune Name, Payment TX, Mint TX, Amount, Mint Status, and Time. Click a link for details.
Step 5: Ranking List
