Thank you Chris! It makes my whole day to know you genuinely connected with my story and experience. Omg - the “stop needing me right now!” And simultaneous, “I’m lost if not needed” debacle. It’s a purgatory of Both/And - always.

This week I’ve reflected a lot on “feelings” and tracing them where they’re originating - and what I’m feeling physically as a result (alexithymia is a B). “Time. Perception. Expectation/Demand (legitimate or perceived expectations or demands - 💡)”. These broad concepts smother me in that purgatory. I won’t bore you with all the details, but, sheesh. 😬
