Hi Delna, the onboarding actually goes very naturally. The first week they join the class as observer, and get explained the program. And gradually we have them help some of the students. During this process we grow the relationship and when we think someones ready, we have them teach.

Logistically we have them teach in 3-week modules with 2 teachers per class. So that if anyone gets ill, there’s always a teacher. 3-sundays commitments work for most of our teachers.
