The Word “Failed” is Just for The Weak, and We are Stronger than We Think

The word “fail” never sounds cool unless in The Arrow series. That word will significantly lower down your confidence and motivation. But it also implies something good: there is enough space for improvement.

Last semester is the worst semester I ever had. Never get GPA below 3 point something, I get shocked when I checked Academic Portal online. For the first time in my life, my GPA is very bad. 2.46 for sure. When I saw it, I feel my life would end soon.

For about a week, “failed” is the only word come up in my mind. To refresh my mind, I go to the cinema near my house. Buy a ticket for Suicide Squad and hoping this movie can cheers me up. The story is so good. It tells that bad guys can do good stuffs. The Squad, Harley Quinn and The Joker particularly, make me feel better for a while.

But it just works....... For 2 hours only! After the mid-credit scene, I realize something even worse, the squad is bad not because of their skill but their goals. Every member in the Squad is skillful, resourceful and even very good at math (Deadshot 👏). And how about me, An ordinary student with 2.46 GPA? A simple student who masters nothing? I feel depressed in this point.

For another week, my feeling is just the same until I got very good advice from Instagram:

And this

They remind me that I am strong. Weakness and depression is nothing. They were there just to weaken you to prove their existences. My real strength is just waiting to be used totally. I want a revenge and I will do it in the next semester. Thanks Forbes and HeroId.

This post will be updated at the end of my new semester. At this time, I will tell anybody who read this that I got >3.5 GPA. Hope it can be true.
