I love the work we’re doing here at Pluralsight. Much has been learned and shared in my first 30 days here. I have been super impressed with the company, the leadership, our CEO Aaron Skonnard’s openness, and the great people I get to work with everyday. The company is very dynamic as I get to work with the different teams and offices around the country. There are a lot of new people joining us and it’s an exciting time here.

Here are some photos I’ve taken in my first 30 days at Pluralsight.

Love these windows. Marketing team meeting.
These are pictures from our Author Summit held a couple of weeks ago.

The most important thing we’ve been doing in the first 30 days is sharing and teaching Nate Walkingshaw’s product development process called Directed Discovery with all the groups within the company. Here, Nate is going through a user story narrative with the team.

Our CEO Aaron Skonnard at his desk. I sit right behind him. We have an open space plan with lots of conference rooms, living room spaces, and study rooms.

Mitch Dumke sharing his ideas as part of a work session. We are all new here as a product team so there’s a lot of catching up on product knowledge and process.

David Platt going through personas and stories with one of the development teams in our Farmington office.

Nate Walkingshaw teaching one of our first sessions with the Lehi office.

One of the first sessions on Directed Discovery with the product and dev team.

Kyle Jacobsen and Kenji Bankhead working with the dev teams in Lehi.

Dane Thurber sharing his ideas with the team. I’ll let you caption this.

And lastly, a customer confirmation test (CCT) interview conducted by David (product), Bryan (designer) and Bob (developer).

Hope you enjoyed these pictures!
