A very well written and thoughtful article. Throughout my career I’ve always been good at two of the three, but I don’t put enough emphasis on “Do what loves you” and this is because of fear, the fear of how I will pay my bills if I quit. But it’s almost never worth it to stay in a culture that’s not helping you be your best.
