#HoldingHandsLondon

My photographic project of people holding hands in the streets of London continues . I took these pictures yesterday in Westfield shopping center, one of the biggest in London with a development cost of £1.6 bn, sadly at a stone throw distance from the low-cost safety Grenfell Tower. This place is a spending heaven that somehow lacks of the warmth of humanity. A city sparkling with shops and restaurants where you can walk for miles without fearing rain or bad weather. Standing in the middle of the crowd I took photos of people holding hands: a mother with her child, an old couple, father and son, a young couple. Suddenly the place seemed less heartless and lonely. We were human again.
