I think it’s about how late or how early you join the game. When I started my Facebook fan page organic reach was already down. It’s hard to build organic reach on FB when you’re just starting. Most big (and successful) fan pages are by folks that are around for quite a while already. I’m not saying it’s impossible. Just really, really hard. So I do most of the stuff with my private Facebook profile. As for Quora, I don’t know. I have almost two million views there. Got a little lazy there recently though. But it’s true. It’s hard to be successful on all platforms at the same time. But not impossible. What makes it even harder is to figure out when and how to leverage your audience from one platform to the next..
