Start or finish?

It’s easy to get started.

It’s a lot easier to get started than to finish your work.

The first 80% can usually be done in 20% of the time. The first 80% are the easy part.

What’s really hard is to finish stuff. To finish your work and to ship it. The last 20% will usually take 80% of the time. Maybe even more.

When you have to proofread that book. To make it publishable.

When you try to make sense of that blog post. To make it worth reading.
