Hi Rob. I couldn’t find one in the public domain. What I’m suggesting is a variant of the 9-box grid used in succession planning: key difference is to not use potential on y axis, but behaviours linked to values. When googled you just find examples with ‘potential’ in that axis which I am not suggesting. I will ask a few app dev friends next if there’s something they use and which can be shared.

I did however find a great article, coincidentally on Medium, which outlines the negatives on how 9-box can be misused. For example, it’s subject to bias and if the tool is overly empowered it could becomes a glass-ceiling constructor.
