What is Zenland?

Zenland is a decentralized blockchain-based platform that helps users worldwide to securely and transparently store escrow funds in cryptocurrencies. It is working on building several new features, including launching our ZENF token and launching an escrow market.

Through a smart contract platform with built-in templates, Zenland empowers non-technical people to exist in a fair and just world. Our platform is a home for freelancers, OTC participants and anyone else who wants to buy or sell services or goods securely with the guarantee of a formal agreement but without involving intermediaries.

Of course, each case is unique and people contract freelancers and part-time employees, buying and selling cars, collectibles, luxury goods, websites and domain names and much more. But let’s start with the symbolic apple case!

Lola put together a smart contract: Lola wanted to bake an apple pie and needed to buy “fresh” apples. He wanted to make sure the apples he bought from Mark matched the description. The two of them agreed to the terms and Lola drafted the Zenland contract.

Mark agreed and Lola deposited the money : Mark logged into his Zenland account and agreed to Lola’s contract confirming the deal. Now, Lola submits a contract to the blockchain, transfers the money and locks it in the blockchain until the apple arrives.

Mark saw the money deposited and sent the apples : Mark checked the contract address and saw that Lola had deposited the negotiated amount into it. He delivered a “fresh green” apple to Lola and confirmed that she had completed the terms of the contract on her part.

Lola received the apple and took out the money: Lola received the apple, tasted its freshness, and, satisfied, released the money locked in a smart contract. Mark saw the money immediately added to his blockchain wallet and sent a “Thank you” note to Lola

How Zenland Is Different

Transparent And Open: Once the contract is active, participants can easily check encrypted transactions with transaction hashes using the blockchain explorer website.

Decentralized Escrow : With no central authority, the escrow smart contract securely locks funds in the blockchain and releases only after conditions are met by both parties.

Safe and Fair Transactions: Unlike real-world contracts, once a smart contract is implemented, neither party can change conditions and withdraw funds for personal gain.

On-Call Dispute Resolution: While smart contracts are self-executing, disputes are not. Trained Zenland citizens are here to assess disputed cases to bring you a resolution.

No Need to Download App : No need for another app, use the blockchain wallet you already have. Just connect a wallet and use templates to create smart contracts.

Zenland Features:

What are ZENF Tokens

Zenland Fee (ZENF) is an ERC-20 utility token of the Zenland smart contract platform. The token’s integration with the escrow platform and its deflationary model ensures robust tokenomics and value-based utility.

Fee Reduction : ZENF is used to pay a service fee for escrow and market contracts (and all other types of contracts released within the Zenland ecosystem). Adding ZENF to their internal wallet, platform users get a 50% bonus on their balance.

Community Rewards: Early adopters of the Zenland platform (escrow & web3 marketplace) are rewarded with ZENF tokens. It is also used for contributor programs (hackathons, bug bounties, airdrops, etc.) to increase the overall value of the project and its tokens.

DAO TGE Benefits: When the Zenland DAO community is formed, all ZENF token holders will have priority access to governance token generation events and other DAO member benefits, including voting on improvement proposals and profit sharing.
