Giannis needs more offensive moves. I was watching a Bucks game the other day and was absolutely disgusted with the lack of offensive arsenal that Giannis possesses.
If he’s not on a fast break he is useless. Every time that he is forced to slow the game down and play in the half court, he is far too easy to guard.
His only offensive moves are to spin, overpower you, or spin again.
He doesn’t have much of a post game, he isn’t a great playmaker, he doesn’t have a great handle, and the main way that he scores in…
Don’t think I forgot. I remember VIVIDLY how people were raving about this “superstar” named Jamal Murray. I remember VIVIDLY how plenty of people were calling him a top 10 point guard in the league.
Now it’s time for you guys to eat those words.
I was strongly against the notion of Murray being called a superstar, and I was ridiculed and berated for doing so.
I just wasn’t sold on giving him that title after a few great series’ in such a unique NBA season.
Sports fans just can’t get enough of their recency bias.
During the playoffs I…
Yes. At that point in time it made more sense to trade Brandon Ingram over Kyle Kuzma, it’s so frustrating how often people revert to using recency bias.
This seems to be so consistent in sports where we see people constantly favoring players of today, and forgetting how much players of the past have accomplished.
Since Ingram is an emerging star, and Kuzma’s role has been significantly reduced since the trade, many people think that it is relatively easy to determine who should have been traded.
I’m an actual Lakers fan, so unlike most people I watched the games. The…
Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown need their own team. I believe as long as Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown are on the same team that the Celtics’ ceiling is the Eastern Conference Finals.
I love both of these players. I think they both have a very bright future. Tatum and Brown have improved every season, but I just don’t think that their game’s compliment each other well.
Let’s now look into more reasons why I believe that they will never win a championship.
They both play similar positions and have a similar playing style. When we look at great dynamic…
I know what the Miami Heat did last season was impressive, yet still I’m not 100 percent convinced that the Finals appearance was not a fluke.
Call me a hater if you want but when a 5th seed makes the NBA Finals eyebrows are likely to be raised.
Although the Eastern Conference is the conference where anything is humanly possible the Miami Heat were not on anybody’s radar to make a championship appearance.
The team’s surprising Finals appearance was largely due to some unexpected contributors. Bam Adebayo had a great leap in production, Kendrick Nunn and Duncan Robinson also added…
Absolutely not. Some people may believe that some of James Harden‘s actions have been unprofessional. He showed up late to training camp with the preseason starting the week after.
Not only did he show up late, he also has been partying hard.
All this is showing me is that he does not want to be in Houston. James Harden wants to be in a position to win a championship. In basketball to be placed amongst the greats you need to win championships.
Making the playoffs every year is fun and all, but after a while as an…
I might ruffle some feathers with this one, but I’m going to have to say Draymond Green. I have an even bolder follow up statement… it’s fairly obvious that he is.
There’s an endless amount of categories in which Green surpasses Dennis Rodman in. The only categories that you can argue that Rodman is better in, is defense and rebounding.
LITERALLY that’s it!!
The only thing that he can do better is defend and rebound. This sentence here should be more than enough to convince you, but I’ll humor you and explain my reasoning.
When you factor in the fact…
I think he will be good, and if he ends up not being good it’s all his fault. Just the idea of a 6 foot 8 point guard in itself is enough to get fans salivating.
There are a lot of people that hate on LaMelo Ball and his family and are hoping to see him fail. This sort of thing is something that can cloud the judgement of a casual fan.
Some people don’t like his father and subsequently some of that hate is transferred over onto his talented sons.
Let’s get into some of the reasons why some…
Without a shadow of a doubt the WNBA players should not be paid like NBA players. It’s fairly simple why this is when you think about it.
You can make a case that WNBA players could be paid more, but some people are making an argument that they should be paid the same, or at least similarly.
Let’s delve into the reasons why they shouldn’t.
It’s common sense. If one league makes extremely more money than the other, then those players should be paid more, right?
More money for the league means more money for the players, and vice versa.

In my opinion I wouldn’t have pulled the plug on Doc Rivers just yet. I think that although Rivers made his fair share of coaching blunders that he deserved at least one more shot.
I believe in Rivers’ coaching ability. In 21 years of coaching, his teams have made the playoffs 16 times. Let’s not forget that he has been to 2 NBA Finals, and has a championship ring to boot.
There aren’t too many coaches within the league that can say that. …
