The $YETI team will be releasing a quick swap tool alongside the launch of the new $YETI website within the next few weeks. If you just can’t wait and want to perform the swap now, below are the steps you’ll need to take.
Pre-requisites
- You’ll need the Lamden Vault wallet installed
- If your tokens are currently sitting within your Telegram Lamden Bot account, you’ll need to connect your Telegram account to the Lamden Vault
- Make sure you’ve added both the $MARMITE and $YETI tokens to your wallet
- You’ll need a few TAU within the account that contains your $MARMITE to pay for transaction fees
Steps to Swap
- Click on the $MARMITE TOKEN link within the Lamden Vault wallet
2. Click on the Approve button (you’re basically approving the swap before performing the swap).
3. Enter the following information:
- In the AMOUNT (Decimal) field, enter the amount of $MARMITE you want to approve to swap to $YETI (write this number down as you’ll need it during step # 5)
- In the TO (Text) field, enter “con_yeti”
5. Click NEXT, click CONTINUE, then click CONFIRM TRANSACTION. The transaction will process, when complete, click HOME.
6. Click Smart Contracts in the left navigation menu, then enter the Contract as “con_yeti”, and click OPEN.
7. Scroll down until you get to the “swap_token” function. Enter the amount of tokens you want to swap (from step # 3 above). Then click “run”.
8. Select the same account from step #3. Then click CONFIRM TRANSACTION. It will take a few seconds to process and then a prompt will appear — click CLOSE.
9. Congrats, you’ve successfully swapped your $MARMITE to $YETI.
