This was pretty much my thought as reading the article. A sexual experience is something shared, not something that is wholly of one participant or another.

That said, an orgasm is a moment of profound vulnerability. The writer has difficulties with vulnerability, and keeps people at arm’s length for personal reasons, which is also valid. But that should never become a rationale to devalue a partner.

Also… why did she keep stressing “cis male penis?” Is a penis resulting from a phalloplasty inherently different and superior for purposes of bringing pleasure?
