Newfoundland and Labrador PNP doubled its immigration opportunities in 2023

In the first two months of 2023, Newfoundland invited 1,585 new permanent residents. If the province continues at the same pace, the immigration cap would be 9,510 new immigrants at the end of 2023. In 2022, Newfoundland welcomed 3,683.

Below are the eligibility criteria to apply for NLNP:

-> 22–55 years of age.

-> Job offer for full-time and/or permanent employment from an NL employer.

-> Minimum 2 years of work experience.

-> Required scores in a language proficiency test.

-> An intention of living and working in NL.

-> Valid work permit and other associated documents.

-> Proof of legal residence in their home country.
