Her name is Saima Sahar. She belongs to Chishtian Sharif District Bahawalnagar Punjab Province, of Pakistan. She is very fond of writing and has been writing since ninth grade. She is a columnist, writer and poet. 8. Dr. Santwana Mishra
मेरा नाम डाॅ सांत्वना मिश्रा है। मैने सन 1996 में पं. दीनदयाल उपाध्याय गोरखपुर विश्वविद्यालय से हिन्दी साहित्य में परास्नातक (पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन) किया था। हिन्दी साहित्य में शुरु से ही अभिरुचि थी । पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन के लम्बे अन्तराल के बाद सन 2008 मे पूर्वोत्तर पर्वतीय विश्वविद्यालय (N.E.H.U.) शिलांग मेघालय से मैने हिन्दी साहित्य में पी.एच.डी. किया। डिग्री लेने के बाद मैने एकाध बार शिक्षक की नौकरी करने का प्रयास किया परन्तु वो कार्य करना मेरे वश का नहीं था सो आगे से मैने नौकरी के लिए कोई प्रयास नही किया । उम्र के आरम्भिक दिनो से ही मुझे साहित्यिक और अध्यात्मिक पुस्तकें पढना अत्यधिक पसन्द था। आज भी मै अपने खाली समय में पुस्तके पढ़ना और समसामयिक विषयों पर लेखनी चलाना पसन्द करती हूँ । मुझे अपने समय के हिसाब से अपना कार्य करना पसन्द है । मेरा एक ब्लॉग सन 2016 से wordpress.com पर "भारतीय जीवन दर्शन" के नाम से चलता है। जिसपर देश विदेश से लोग विज़िट करते रहते हैं। सन 2015 से ही मैने अपनी पुस्तक "शबरी की अनुपम राम भक्ति" भी लिखना शुरु कर दिया था। पुस्तक की पान्डुलिपि तैयार होने के बाद केन्द्रीय हिन्दी निदेशालय नयी दिल्ली द्वारा पुस्तक प्रकाशन के लिए वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की गयी। पुस्तक प्रकाशित होने के बाद सन 2017 में उत्तर प्रदेश हिन्दी संस्थान द्वारा तत्कालीन राज्यपाल महामहिम श्री राम नाइक के हाथों देवराज सम्मान तथा सर्जना पुरस्कार द्वारा सम्मानित किया गया ।सन 2019 में शबरी की अनुपम राम भक्ति को संस्कृति मंत्रालय द्वारा संचालित केन्द्रीय लाइब्रेरी बोर्ड द्वारा तत्कालीन संस्कृति मंत्री श्री महेश शर्मा के हाथों साहित्यश्री कृति सम्मान तथा वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की गयी। पुस्तक लिखने के बाद यह उपलब्धि मेरे लिए इतनी बड़ी रही और मुझे इतनी प्रसन्नता हुयी जिसको शब्दों में नही लिखा जा सकता है असीम उपलब्धि कहा जा सकता है । जो शायद मै कोई नौकरी करके इतनी आत्म संतुष्टि नही प्राप्त कर सकती थी। इसके बाद मैने दूसरी पुस्तक पर काम करना शुरू किया। इस पुस्तक मे विलुप्त हो रहे संस्कृत श्लोकों को एकत्र करके उन्हे अपने शब्दों और भावों के साथ कलमबद्ध करने का प्रयास किया है। ये पुस्तक 2020 मे 'भारतीय जीवन दर्शन' नाम से प्रकाशित हो गयी । इस समय मेरी एक पुस्तक "रामकथा की नारियाँ " प्रकाशनाधीन है। दिल्ली के प्रसिद्ध हिन्दी प्रकाशक किताबघर प्रकाशन ने मेरी पुस्तक प्रकाशन का भार लिया हुआ है। शीघ्र ही वह पुस्तक भी आपके हाथों में होगी । इसके अतिरिक्त कई सांझा संकलन में भी मैने अपना योगदान दिया है। कुछ साझा संकलन के नाम इस प्रकार है

बचपन से ही पुस्तक पढ़ना और पढाना मुझे बहुत अच्छा लगता हैं जिसके कारण मैने मेडिकल क्षेत्र में होम्योपैथी , आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा में चिकित्सक कोर्स , भारतीय जीवन बीमा , क्राइम ब्रांच की सर्विस छोड़ कर शिक्षा विभाग में विज्ञान के वरिष्ठ अध्यापक के पद पर कार्यग्रहण किया । इससे पूर्व आजाद हिन्द जन कल्याण संस्थान खोल कर अनेक जरूरतमंद बच्चों , असहाय गरीब बच्चो एवम् दिव्यांग बच्चों को शिक्षा से जोड़ने का बेड़ा उठाया मेरे पिता के भरपूर सहयोग की वजह से उसमे कामयाबी भी प्राप्त की ।लेकिन राजकीय विद्यालय में नियुक्ति के पश्चात संस्थान को समय न देने के कारण उसे बंद करना पड़ा।
वरिष्ठ अध्यापक के रूप में मैने बीस वर्ष तक हजारों ऐसे ही बच्चो को ढूंढ ढूंढ कर शिक्षा से जोड़े रखा । प्रतिवर्ष मैने 100% परिणाम देकर विद्यालय में बेस्ट टीचर के अवार्ड से अनेको बार सम्मानित हुआ । अक्सर विद्यालय में हिन्दी जोकि हमारी मातृ भाषा है उसका परिणाम न्यून रहता था एक दिन मैंने विषयाध्यापक से पूछा तो बताया हिन्दी इतनी आसान नहीं है उसी दिन से मैने हिन्दी पढ़ाने का मानस बना लिया ।2017 में शेखावाटी यूनिवर्सिटी सीकर से एमए हिन्दी साहित्य से उत्तीर्ण कर शिक्षा विभाग में प्राध्यापक हिन्दी साहित्य के पद पर पदोन्नति लेकर उच्च कक्षाओं को हिन्दी साहित्य पढ़ाना शुरू किया और हर साल 70% से ऊपर प्रथम श्रेणी से छात्रों को उत्तीर्ण होते देख मेरा आत्मविश्वास ओर अधिक बढ़ता चला गया। 2022 में मैने लेखन कार्य शुरू कर विभिन्न मंचों द्वारा करीब 1500 से अधिक सम्मान पत्रों से सम्मानित हुआ। दर्जनों साझा संकलन पुस्तको का भी सौभाग्य प्राप्त हुआ।

Done Project in transition metal chemistry from IIT kanpur, BEd, M.phil. (organic), MSW, Ph.D (Oxidative stress and cancer radiotherapy), had done researches in various laboratories in Prayagraj, Lucknow and PUSA Delhi for eight consecutive years, worked at NTPC EOC noida also. Done news reading course from New Delhi in collaboration with NDTV. Participated in many national and international conferences in different cities and presented papers on Antioxidants, cancer research (PUSA IARI( New Delhi), Allahabad), Given a talk on nuclear fusion reaction (Narora atomic power plant) as well. Two of my papers are published in International publication s and 2 abstracts in national. Taken up online projects in research and working towards it. Worked as principal in a school in Punjab. Right now working as a senior lecturer and a healer (nutrition coach).
