We all can make a difference in how we handle sexual harassment by interrupting the pattern. Tips on how this can be done, Include the 3 D’s: Direct — Directly intervening, at the moment, to prevent a problem situation from happening, Delegate — Seeking help from another individual to help stop the behavior, Distract — Interrupting the situation without directly confronting the offender. By working together, we can make our organizations a better and more productive environment for all.
