Tick-Tock…

As we quickly approach the New Year, conflicting feelings visit all of us. And we often find ourselves grappling with mixed emotions.

It’s a bit like reliving our childhood when, even if it’s buried deep in our subconscious, we eagerly anticipate some kind of New Year’s Miracle.

We make those Midnight Wishes and pledge that This Year, we’ll finally turn them into reality:

We will definitely kick bad habits, break free from harmful obsessions, substances and toxic relationships, will conquer illnesses, face our fears, and shed those extra pounds.

We will overcome self-doubt, shyness, laziness and procrastination.

Will be finally learn to make hard decisions, take our first steps towards important goals: write that book, start that business, ask for that promotion or whatever DREAM you have…

Perhaps you’ve been wrestling with stress, battling insomnia, or grappling with chronic fatigue, and you’re giving yourself a hard time for seeming lazy.
