FINNISH CONSUMER ETHOSES: Values and Service Design

Recently we discussed with my classmate from Africa how it feels to live in environment that diverses dramatically from your home country, and came to a conclusion that it’s quite interesting experience living here in Finland and have your strong cultural background.

I still can’t get used to finnish ethos, and I love the fact that overall they don’t experience social inequality that much, no rush for luxurious products and lifestyles as well. This feeling is so comforting!
