This brocure I made on Spark by Adobe shows some statistics of mass incarceration in America, as well as shows a bill that plans on lowing the incarceration rate of the United States. It then goes into how the bill plans on lowering mass incarceration by incentivizing lowering prion population alpong wiht keeping a low crime rate. It also shows how you can contact your legislators in order to educate them on the bill and voice your opinion as a constituent.
