I’ll add one of my favorites to the pile:

Immutable bureaucracy: Blockchain-based smart contracts promise to take all the mushy human vagueness out of running organizations and society as a whole. But like censorship resistance, this can also be a problem. We’ve all run up against a government agency or business and met the one human who wants to be helpful, but the computer won’t let them (airlines and banks, anyone?). As we move more of our government or business processes into blockchain-based contracts, we risk building systems that put the ability for humans to help when the computer says no even further out of reach.
