Under the Linkedin article Three things every project needs, published on September 26, 2017, by Robert Hillard, National Managing Partner Consulting at Deloitte Australia, University of Melbourne, I added the following comment, which added an image that is shown below.

“It’s wrong to think that all a project needs is a scope, budget and timeframe. The three things that separate the best projects from the rest are: insight (into the future), simplification (of the business today) and inspiration (through new capabilities)” and here is an example of a John Hagel strategy of trajectory of all three: A Generative Dialogue for the emergent Puerto Rico energy ecosystem that ditches 20th century regulations.
