Thank you for sharing your story. It’s very inspiring because I’ve been struggling with trying to do the same, but can’t bring myself to. It doesn’t help that I manage social media accounts for my job, but maybe disconnecting from my personal accounts will make a bigger difference. Now I may actually give it a go!
