El Mejor Chocolate

Hi! We are “The Chocomists: The alchemists of chocolate” and our start up is called “El Mejor: the best chocolate of all” . We are chocolate lovers and makers and our fundamental idea is to take down the myth that chocolate is unhealthy. We produce chocolate based on raw cocoa bean and other high quality ingredients. Raw cocoa is well known for its’ health benefits. Basically it works as a superfood when its not processed. Mainstream chocolates use processed cocoa, which offers only good taste!

Our target Group are diabetics and people with health issues. We produce chocolates that are sweetened with stevia, which makes them suitable for diabetics. These chocolates are also sugar free, dairy free, glutten free. That means that vegans and healthy eaters, who want just a balanced diet, can enjoy them as well. We do have some options, sweetened with coconut sugar instead of stevia.
