Thanks for the link Scott, I had not seen it. I’ve been using Asics Run in the last couple of weeks. It is an spartan App, in contrast to Run Keeper and Nike + Running. The coach in Asics is free and up until now, the schedule works. I’ll be writing about my experience for my next run.
