That zappos article was great. I used to work as a reference librarian and those were the best kinds of questions I’d get. Like, students whose second language was english being like “what does ‘the treasure of pathos’ mean?” and we’d talk about it for a half hour, or people just wanting life advice from some neutral-ish person.
