Voter ID does not suppress vote. Voter ID laws maintain the integrity of the vote (according to my local state’s attorney, a democrat). Part of the voter id law includes provisions for free state id if one cannot afford to obtain a drivers license or other valid id. You just have to prove who you are. On a very rare occasion, a older person will not be able to do this due to not being able to obtain a valid birth certificate. Problems such as this will disappear over the next few years.

Everyone but the most extreme liberals know and understand this. Instead of worrying about such a non-issue, you should be concerned with how close republicans are to being able to call for a constitutional convention. Chances are that barrier will be breached in 2018.
