If you are considering throwing out your current clothing and buying a whole new wardrobe you should plan before doing so.

It can be a costly exercise so you need to think about clothes co-ordination. Let’s first start with dresses.

If you are going to mix and match your clothing to create different outfits, you can do no better than to buy a little black dress or a similar style in different colours. The reason that this item has never really gone out of fashion is because it is so versatile.

You can dress it up or down by adding accessories. You may want to think about red or white dressesas they are in keeping with the Christmas spirit.
Jewellery is important too. I have a few pieces I wear all the time as they complement outfits without being ostentatious. My absolute favourite is an opal pendant that casts little flecks when the light catches it. It is just simple and beautiful. That is my touch of individuality and I’m sure you will have yours.

When winter arrives we get less sun on our skins and your face may begin to look pasty. There are plenty of good products on the market to make it glow again. It does not matter how well you are dressed your skin can let you down.
There are many different styles of black dress available, but as a foundation to building up your wardrobe, you may want to go for the simplest shift style. As you can imagine, all colours of well-cut jackets will complement the look. It goes without saying that matching shoes and accessories finishes the look.

Because these garments hang to just about the knee, this style is also very acceptable for the office. Scarves, shrugs, black tights, sheer tights, they all go very well with this dress. So stock your wardrobe with a variety of them. Scarves do not have to be expensive. The colour of them matters.
