What is it about
This is a post about hiring and not a typical Medium post about design, life or why you should do 100 other things in life and not date a travelling girl.
Talking about hiring is important! It is more important than the mechanical posts you see everyday on Naukri, Facebook groups and the likes of it. Talking about hiring is important because the process of finding a right fit for your organisation is almost like creating a matrimonial profile to find your partner for life.
I work at FusionCharts — One of the biggest names in the world of data visualisation products with over 23,000 customers and half a million developers using it.
Why am I writing this?
I joined FusionCharts 10 months ago as their UX Design Lead and I am looking for a Hulk, a Hawk Eye and a Black Widow to form an Avengers team. Why not Captain America or Thor? Well, I just don’t like the characters.
I love Medium and I highly hope the kind of people I’m looking for like Medium (preferably, write here) too. That’s the reason why I’m writing this, here!
