Workaround to have a resume/ portfolio if you do not have such structured process etc. in your current organisation:
Articulate clearly what was possible in your capacity and what you did. What you’d have done differently if things were better.
Workaround if you like the current organisation and are struggling to get a process around:
Patience and determination. Keep doing whatever you have in your capacity to bring in the culture. Don’t leave any stones unturned to speak about the work your team is doing and the impact you could bring in given more opportunities.
If things don’t change in 6 months, leave.
