People find themselves falling to the ground when taking their bath. This action may lead to stroke or mini stroke among elderly parents and relatives.

When taking your bath the chances of having stroke is very high because when we start taking our bath, we usually soak our head and hair first most of the times, which is a very wrong approach.

Why is this a wrong approach?

Because when taking your bath if you water the head first, your blood rises to your head quickly and your arteries can be torn apart. This process may lead to stroke and you may find yourself (people in this case) falling to the ground or floor. This is possible because the blood circulation in human body is at a certain temperature.

One thing you should not forget is that, our human body temperature takes sometime to adjust to the temperature outside our normal body.

However, according to doctors, pouring and soaking water on the head increases the speed of blood circulation, which may increase the risk of stroke at that time.

Note that, excessive blood pressure can tear our "Brain Arteries". Have you ever thought about that?

What Is The Right Way Of Bathing?

According to Medical Association of Canada (Journal), one should take a bath while following some rules.

Which are:

1)Always soak the feet first.

2)Then gradually and slowly soak or wet the body upwards not downwards.

3)At the end, you should then water the head.

Following this method will reduce a lot of stroke among elderly ones especially those with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, migraine, etc.
