Every page is a design asset, and every text on your website is your chance to tell your brand’s story. Error pages are the easiest one of them.

You have a great chance to not only be helpful and guide the user to a beneficial page, but also to showcase your company’s brand value, or what your company is up to.

Here are some 404’s i came across,

Airbnb

They have super fun animation to watch, backed with some useful links to guide.

Slack

They’ve a animated game inside, something new to see after chrome dinosaur game.

Medium

The way they recommend “lost” tag stories and the line they’ve written.

Linkedin

Love the way they choose brand colors for graphic.

Spotify

Spotify correlates 404 page with it’s music-associated jargon's.

Pepsi

They used their chance to make their brand stand out by using their logo and showing the energy with the text used.

Virgin

It was a witty move, Richard Branson. You will never forget virgin after seeing this.

Hope you find your page in your horizon 😆
