My tour to old city Lahore (Amal Family)

On Saturday September 10, 2016 I had a tour with my Amal Fellows. It was a great experience for me. We had a session before the trip and after that we left campus at 1:30 PM for having lunch at Phaja Paye Lahore. This restaurant is well known for its particular paye dish. After that we left for visit of Badashahi Mosque. It was a great piece of Mughal art work with magnificent marble stone walls and corridor.
Our guide Fasil told us about the history of this great mosque and he explained it very well. After this we left for Lahore Fort. On our way my PM Ma’am Zobiya bought me an ice cream it was very taste I shared it with one of my fellow Kiran Khalid. I was a tour guide for Lahore Fort, It was incredible experience to be a guide for such a enrich history place. I told my fellow about the history of fort and they praise me for my preparation for this activity. After this we spend some time in fort and I also sang a rap song in Shesh Mahal for one of my fellow Akasha Munir. After this we left for Dehli Dewaza there we visit great Wazir Hamam and Wazir Mosque. It was very pleasuring to see the Kashi art work there and I was very impressed to know that Government is taking step for the development of this beautiful area.
So the session was very great and the thing I enjoyed a lot is the company of my fellows. They did not let me bored for a single moment. As a tour guide I learned a lot about history and it was a great experience. I leaned lot of new things about old Lahore as well as this tour helped me to know my fellows more closely. It also teaches me the importance of maintaining work/life balance. So I will continue to apply this in my life. Having 6 days of work one should take a holiday leave for one day without work. I want to thank all my fellows especially my PM and PA for this tremendous experience.
