Charley Wall
Charley Wall, Goldchain Cofounder and Principal, has 20+ years as an executive working with small-cap companies in the mining and securities markets and has been the driving force to innovate cryptocurrency technology into the supply chain process of mining assets. Mr. Wall is also the President and CEO of Pitts Industries, a global leader in the manufacture of electromagnetic clutches to the mining and marine industries. Charley’s background includes ballistics and intelligence software and hardware services to federal agencies and the military.
Michael Neal
Michael Neal, Goldchain Cofounder, Principal, and project manager, is a molecular scientist by trade with a passion for Blockchain technology. Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude with High Honors from Texas A&M University. His extensive research background is in regenerative medicine which includes studying and culturing stem cells and non-stem cells along with RNA therapeutics as a potential agent for regeneration of heart tissue after myocardial infarctions. Michael comes from a mining family that specializes in innovative mining technologies. Mr. Neal plans to pursue his second Master’s in Digital Technology and is passionate about science and blockchain technology. He is researching new and innovative ways of merging physical sciences with blockchains.
Martha Matthews
Martha Matthews, Principal of Goldchain, began her career in forensic medicine where she found her niche for portfolio and asset management. She has over 30 years of investment management experience, and has served in roles including as Bank Officer, investment bank Senior Securities Technical Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Chief Compliance Officer and Principal of a hedge fund. Her asset management subspecialties range from government-backed asset note pools, commercial real estate, on and offshore oil & gas concerns, high production farms or ranches, institutional and sovereign wealth. She has developed mineral asset strategies targeted for future global placement. Martha has served on numerous boards and committees concerning securities and healthcare innovations. She was awarded a U.S. Senate gavel of leadership for her founding contributions in developing a healthcare nonprofit now reaching over 250,000 members across the globe. She is a known national speaker on the subjects of international securities regulations and risk management. She has a passion for global clean water and food initiatives.
Pat Shaw
Pat Shaw, Principal of Goldchain, has over 20 years working with small and mid-cap companies. Formerly, Pat was a hedge fund manager and options trader. He has raised millions of dollars for industry innovators in the oil and gas industries. Pat is also a Pacific Northwest Emergency and Fire management operations specialist. Mr. Shaw has expertise in large equipment asset management and is considered the business continuity and recovery specialist. He is involved in global clean water initiatives and supports cancer cure research projects.
Ben Finch (Advisor)
Ben leads the first multidisciplinary agency to specialize in blockchain development. Ben’s Ledger Agency specializes in technology-driven marketing, strategic project planning, social media, and community building, applying best practices to the Cryptocurrency space for several start-ups and ICOs. Ben is also a partner in Cypherglass, the leading US Based Block Producer on EOS, and handles marketing for several other partner businesses on EOS.
