There are so many levels of guilt here. Google should have had better security, but that doesn’t excuse what Mr. Levandowski did. If these allegations pan out, I suspect criminal charges are on the way for him. And Uber is guilty too. They either figured this out and moved forward anyway or they were grossly negligent in their due diligence.
