Sorry man but you are definitely listening to someone who is writing opinions that hasn’t read the Plant Paradox or followed any of Dr. Gundry’s content.
He doesn’t say to stay away from meat but is personally a vegetarian and recommends getting all of our protein from vegetables.. He also recommends eating legumes if prepared correctly.
