What is the Treasure Hunt?

Treasure Hunt is a thrilling high-stakes puzzle game that blends strategy, speed, and cutting-edge blockchain technology. Set on a 10x10 grid featuring 100 tiles, each tile conceals potential rewards, urging players to uncover these hidden treasures with the ultimate aim of finding the prized Treasure Chest.

The game unfolds in real-time, requiring players to submit on-chain transactions to flip up to five tiles at once. Operating under a First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) mechanism, speed is essential — should another player flip a tile before your transaction is processed, your attempt will fail, adding a layer of urgency to every action.

Rewards hidden within the tiles include GOLD (the in-game currency), Lucky Draw Tickets (LDTs), and the highly sought-after Treasure Chest. The game’s prize pot swells with each tile flip, enhancing the jackpot for the player who discovers the chest.

To further incentivize competition, Treasure Hunt features two leaderboard competitions (based on referrals and treasure chests found) that reward top players with SpaceKids NFT whitelist allocations. How long does each map last?

In Treasure Hunt, each map runs for exactly 10 minutes, creating a fast-paced and engaging gameplay environment that encourages quick thinking and strategy.

Scheduled Rounds: New maps launch every 10 minutes (M+10). A round may end early if all rewards are found, but the new map will still open at M+10. This consistent timing keeps the game flowing smoothly and builds up anticipation for the next round.
End of Map: If players flip all tiles before the 10-minute mark, the round will still conclude at the scheduled time. This ensures there are regular intervals between rounds, allowing players continuous and timely opportunities to engage in the game.

Prize & Prize Rollover

In Treasure Hunt, the prize — represented by the accumulation in the treasure chest — builds with each round, adding to the excitement and competitiveness of the game.

Unfound Treasure: If the Treasure Chest is not discovered within the 10-minute limit, the prize rolls over to the next map, increasing the subsequent round’s rewards.
Near Completion: If all but one tile are flipped without finding the chest, the map ends and the prize rolls over, escalating the stakes for the next game.

(2) The Treasure Chest:

The ultimate goal is to find the Treasure, a chest filled with GOLD that grows as more tiles are opened. If not found within 10 minutes, the prize rolls over to the next round.
