Mosquitoes love me. I don’t know what it is about me, but if I’m outside on a summer night with my arms and legs exposed, if there’s a mosquito within fifty yards of, it finds me.

What is it with mosquitoes, anyway? They hound some people to death and hardly bother others. Like you, every mosquito gets its salivation on if I’m anywhere on the radar and their bites (punctures, actually?) make ugly welts that take weeks to heal! :-(

The mountains are devoid of alligators though and now is the perfect time to go hiking since the night chills in those hills have done away with the normal bevy of accursed little blood suckers!
