Greg Carlock is a researcher, essayist, and podcaster, who writes about American policy, governance, climate change, the Green New Deal (GND), and political philosophy. He is a Manager for Climate Action and Data at the World Resources Institute (WRI). He also spearheads work with the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy to increase greater climate action in cities through data access, along with the development of online data tools in support of action in this space as part of WRI’s Climate Watch.

Greg is the lead author of “A Green New Deal,” an in-depth set of policy recommendations for environmental sustainability and economic security.
